FitLine Basics: Add 180 ml of still water to the content of this bag of powder (12 g). 1 portion (1 bag) per day. FitLine Activize Oxyplus: Dissolve one measuring spoon full (1,67 g) in 40 ml of still water. Three times a day. FitLine Restorate Exotic: Add 250 ml of still water to the content of one bag of powder (6,7 g) stirring constantly until completely dissolved. Always drink in sips immediately after preparing.
